Registrations for ncyc11 have now closed.

We’re busy making lists, checking them twice, booking in rooms, buying meals, buying cool fun stuff…

If you haven’t completed your medical information, Bible study or submersion information, you’ll need to do this when you check in at registration… if the Bible study you want is full, we can’t guarantee to squeeze you in.

You will also need to bring your Consent and Participant Agreement forms with you; download them here. Attendees under 18 years old, please note that a Parent or Guardian must sign your Consent form.

If you have registration or accommodation funds still outstanding, please arrange your payment ASAP.

If your group leader has paid the ncyc11 office, arrange your payment with your group leader. If you’re paying us directly, please arrange payment THIS WEEK to secure your spot.

How much do you pay?

Attendees in a group of 10 attendees or more: $320 each (discount applied by office after booking).

Individual attendees: $349 each

Adult volunteers: $150. 

Accommodation: budget & congress accommodation $126; dorm $270; single room $312.
